Each board is made of high-quality beech wood and has a protective oil layer. For the board to serve its function for a long time, it should be regularly oiled with food grade oil. Oiling before first use is also recommended. If dry areas or cracks appear, rub the oil in again. Do not soak in water or leave wet for long periods of time. This may cause the wood to split. Hand wash only, wipe clean after washing.
