Wooden figurine from the "Celebrating the child within" collection by legendary designer Kay Bojesen. The original wooden toy Hippopotamus was designed in 1955 and became one of Kaya's most loyal employees. It served him on his desk as a pencil stand. He never required more than a friendly pat on the head, always returning the gesture with a smile. A modernized version with a piece of chalk instead of a pencil, made of beech wood and covered with black board paint. Hipci has also been slightly enlarged compared to the original to be able to serve as a "board" for small notes. A true icon of Danish design, with a ton of charisma.
