The interior of the pot has a combination of stainless steel and a Slip-Let® ceramic coating, which minimizes sticking and the risk of burning food. The coating is durable enough to allow the use of metal utensils without fear of damaging the surface. The pot body is made of 90% stainless steel and 100% recycled aluminum, which ensures fast and even heat distribution thanks to the sandwich construction. The pot is oven-safe up to 400°C. It's compatible with all heat sources, including induction. The design is reminiscent of Ole Palsby's classic Eva Trio series from 1977, retaining features such as cool-touch handles, pouring spouts, stackability, and compatibility with lids from the same line.
