Cast Iron pot from the Danish brand Eva Solo. Ideal for baking dishes in the oven, long stewings, e.g., goulashes, and slow cooking. The Cast Iron collection features cookware made of special cast iron, 10% lighter than traditional cast iron. It's a great choice for longer preparation of dishes at lower and medium temperatures, thanks to the properties of cast iron, which retains heat for a long time and distributes it evenly. Cast iron is also resistant to very high temperatures, up to 400°C.
The extraordinary durability of the additionally reinforced cast iron coating means that Cast Iron cookware can successfully serve for generations. Cast Iron pots and pans can be used on all types of stoves, including induction. An optional glass and steel lid is available. The manufacturer recommends hand-washing the Eva Solo Cast Iron cookware.
